What payment options are accepted?

We accept payment in the form of any major Credit Cards.

What do I do if there is a discrepancy in my charges?

If there is a discrepancy in your charges, please email contact@shopsatpearson.com and we would be happy to direct your inquiry to the right team.

Can I get a promo code?

Thanks for your interest in purchasing from the Shops at Pearson! At this time, we don’t have any promo codes, but keep checking back as there will be promos in the future.

Why didn’t I get an email confirmation?

If you have not received a confirmation email, please check in your junk mail folder.

If it is not in your junk mail, our team will be happy to help locate your order. Please email contact@shopsatpearson.com with the following information:

  • Items purchased
  • Time and date of order
  • Email address used

How do I know if my order went through?

Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received it, please check your junk mail folder in your email as it can sometimes end up there.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, you do not need to create an account to check out, but it does provide benefits. With an account, you can track your order and access your order history.

What currency am I charged in?

You will be charged in Canadian funds. At this time, we only ship to residents of Ontario.

How will payment show on my credit card statement?

The purchase will show up as “The Shops at Pearson.”

Account

Am I required to have an account?

No, you do not need to create an account to check out, but it does provide benefits. With an account, you can track your order and access your order history.

How do I set up an account?

At the beginning of the check-out process, you will be asked to continue as a guest or create an account.

How do I edit details on my account?

To do this, you must have already checked an account on the Shopify website. To edit your details, you go into the My Account section and can edit the field required.

What are the requirements for creating a password?

When you make an account on the Shopify website, you will be provided with the requirements for creating a password.

Do I get any perks if I have an account?

At this time, there are no perks for an account. The benefits you get of creating an account are the ability to track your order and review order history.

Return or exchange

How do I return or exchange and item(s) in my order?

Returns are only available on damaged or faulty merchandise at this time. Please contact contact@shopsatpearson.com with the information about your item for further information.

All returns exchanges must be completed through mail. There are no returns or exchanges available at the airport.

How do I cancel my order?

If you encounter an issue with your order, please reach out to contact@shopsatpearson.com with your order number for assistance.

Shipping

What is the cost of shipping?

There is a flat rate for shipping within Ontario, it is $5.

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Alternatively, if you have an account, you can review your tracking information under My Account.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping will take between 5 to 7 business days.

What if my order doesn’t show up?

If after 7 business days, you have not received your order, please contract contact@shopsatpearson.com with your order details.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

There is only one type of shipping available at this time.
